I don't think there is anything you can do to reduce the heartburn effect except to reduce the amount you drink. Taking OTC medicine like the other person indicated really is just masking the issue, so if you haven't really had heartburn before...

You don't need many people to harvest the tea 5 to 10 people. You should get about 900 Kg of leaves per acre. This link may help.
