I'm not big on green tea, either. I put sweetener in it, which defeats the purpose. And now it's everywhere, even in cold drinks/iced tea and it drives me nuts.

    I have tried to lose weight for a few weeks, and I know that I drink lots of water to lose weight. I completely cut soda and sugary drinks, I drink tea Salada green tea and white. Both with no sugar, no sugar or honey. On average, I drink 1-1.5 liters per day. I do not do things the beer bottle myself.

    Is that good or bad? I always thought it was as good as water.
