i think they both help you. Brown rice green tea has bits of brown rice in it to give it a little nutty flavor. It's often seen in Japanese green teas like Bancha.

Yes, kind of. I'd look at Oolong, which has been used for hundreds of years by the chinese and helps in digestion and speeds up your metabolism. Not to mention the antioxidants :)
