Raspberry Green Tea

I love crystal light, but was wondering just how much caffeine was in their Green Tea Raspberry flavor, as well as sugar free Arizona brand Green Tea & Arizona Pomegranate Green Tea?

about 11.25 mg in iced tea. Brand and flavor don't make that much of a difference.

Today i try one from Stash Tea (stashtea.com) called Pomegranate Raspberry Green Tea from their Green Tea sampler available in stores.

I'm drinking some raspberry tea, which was dark pink on the first steeping. I made a second steeping with the same teabag and it's green. Why is this? It is ok to drink still, right?

I'm guessing here, since I don't know what brand you're using, but a lot of the fruit teas use both an extract of the fruit itself and either leaves of the plant or a green tea to provide the full flavor. Usually the fruit extract dissolves...

i drink regular sweet tea and green tea a lot-what are the health benefits? does it help nausea and headaches? also what about hot Ginger,Strawberry,and Raspberry Tea Health Benefits?

First you have to define what is the origin of these feelings.What is the reason of nausea and headache. As I use to say, one size does not fit all in medicne. So, what is good for you, maybe does not have the same effect to me.

I just bought some Crystal Light Raspberry Green Tea on the go packs. Is it really green tea? It tastes like raspberry flavored water to me. Is it even good for you?

if it has natural green tea extract, it might be a little beneficial. But I think the other chemical substances in crystal light negate the health effects. it's best to drink real green tea with nothing in it.
