According to both the European Journal of Clinical Nutrition and the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition drinking tea does NOT dehydrate. In fact it actually does hydrate us.

Does Twinnings White Tea really have more antioxidants?

I bought a box and they make no real mention of their "Pure White Tea" having anti oxidants. They even go as far to say that "black and green tea are a good source of anti oxidants" No mention of white tea.
