I like green tea and black tea, when I buy green tea, I buy lipton organic or bigelow organic green tea bags. (don't care for loose teas)

Green tea is very good for you, but makes your mouth dry .
So I wouldn`t drink it while doing exercises. But it does help cardiovascular health and digestion.

I would stick to pure green tea or organic .

depends on what the tea is for, if it is for weight loss it is probably better as lemon helps detoxify the body, and speeds up your metabolism, also makes it taste better, if not for weight loss then i really dunno whether it worse or not

it depends how much water you put into your pot and how long you left the teabag into the water. usually green tea bags are different from the organic tea, and green tea has a water temperature boiling limit, some chinese green tea have to boil
