I heard its not good to drink certain teas.Like the herbal ones.This is like an off brand version of lipton.Reason im drinking it is i have a terriable sinus infection.

I'm 11weeks pregnant and on my paper from the doctor it says to AVOID "Poke Root", but I bought a box of "Great Value Tea 100% Natural 175mg Antioxidants per serving" it's ingredients are "orange pekoe and pekoe cut

I have read that poke root should not be taken by pregnant women but i don't know if this ingredient in the tea is the same. I don't think so, but better be safe than sorry. Good luck
