I'm looking for the sweetened mint tea that places like hookah lounges serve. I can't seem to find any recreation, and I forgot to ask the last time I went to hookah.

You can make your own by mixing mint leaves with hot water. If using dried leaves, put them in a tea strainer or spoon. If using fresh ones, just plop them in and let them steep. Mint is very easy to grow in your garden.
I notice at the store they sell green tea bags with a mint flavor or lemon flavor or ....... Do you still get the same benefits from that as you do from plain green tea?
