I can't seem to make matcha tea with the same creamy green texture as people make it in traditional tea rooms.
It's probably because I only have a normal kitchen whisk to mix it, which is too big. It's make a clear liquid instead...
you can attempt using a blender (an imersion blender is best), its as far away from tradition as you can get but it will lead to frothier results thant the kitchen whisk
