I bought an at home brew station and bought some loose teas, anyways, when I brewed some of the mango green, it was terrible. It honestly tasted like (I can't describe it any other way) smoker's cough!
Did I maybe make the water too hot...

I get this from the fountain drinks at the cafeteria. Its obviously a better choice than sode, but is it a good choice from someone trying to loose weight
