Lipton Green Tea

I'm trying to get a six pack guys but I don't want to drink just water. Would drinking a 1440 ml bottle of Lipton Green Tea hurt my chances? It has 21 grams of sugar. If you guys have another thing i can drink or just any tips I'm open to...

You may as well be drinking a soda. Any kind of extra processed anything (sodium, fat, sugar) is never a good thing if you are trying to lose fat around your stomach. I would avoid this and drink water inste

can you give me a simple recipe, i have milk, lipton green tea bags, honey, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla extract (idk if thats needed.)

all you really need to do is steep the tea bags in a a mug half full of hot water. then add steamed milk to fill the mug the rest of the way up, if you can't steam the milk, just add hot milk. you can sweeten it however you like.
