  • Boba bTea/b And Its Recipe

Have you ever taste BOBA. Do you know what is it? Or do you ever heard of it? Well let me tell you about it. IT’S A TEA. Well it’s a type of tea with different flavors and can be hot and can be cold. Are you tired of the latest fad coffees? Something new is hitting tea houses and coffee shops across the country. It’s bubble tea. This bizarre drink also goes by the names BOBA, pearl tea, milk tea, or bubble drink. It’s part drink, part dessert snack, and all fun! Bubble tea is far from the plain-looking tea you are familiar with. It comes in a wild variety of flavors and colors. Challenge your palate with peach, lichee, mango or passion fruit! There are also the more traditional green or black tea flavors. It can be served either hot or cold. My personal favorite is chocolate milk black tea, iced. To make the tapioca pearls: When making the tapioca pearls, which are the chief ingredient in Asian bubble teas, please note that the pearls expand considerably when cooked. Please ensure that you use a large pot. (As a rule, the more pearls cooked, the more water should be used: that is, the water to pearl ratio must be higher. For 3kgs of pearls, we recommend using as much as 6 times as much water).
