I recently read an article about a scientific study that proved adding milk to tea almost complete nullifies its health benefits. However, I can't find any similar, reliable information about honey in tea. So, does anybody out there know if honey...

To the above answer: the study was recently released that milk destroys the beneficial chemicals in tea.
