Why not just drink actual green tea? I never trust pills - it's not as good as getting the actual antioxidants straight from brewed green tea. You will probably not lose a ton of weight by drinking this -- but it can help a bit.

Does Diet Lipton Green tea w/citrus have the same weight loss benefits as drinking regular brewed Green Tea?

I know that Green Tea is supposed to have good health benefits, increase metabolism, etc., but I am not sure if it has to be pure Green Tea or if the Lipton Citrus teas work the same.


To the best of my knowledge, they both offer positive health benefits, but organic, natural green tea offers more than the mass-produced Lipton stuff.
