Does TAZO [green tea tips] grean tea reallly help you? Like i know how green tea speeds up your metabolism and stuff but is this rreal green tea or just colored...Also what are some more advantages to greentea/tea drinkers like myself :]]

well they recently changed the recipe. Starbucks was using their creme base, a matcha green tea powder mix, and melon syrup.
they discontinued the melon syrup. it is not as good now.

Anyone knows the the recipe for the above. I know it contains, green tea, melon syrup, milk, and ice and then topped with whipped cream but I'd like to know the measurements so I could try it at home.

1/2 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
1/4 cup hot water (but not boiling)
3 teaspoons sugar (or artificial sweetener)
1/2 cup milk
8 ice cubes
1 teaspoon vanilla or melon syrup (optional)
