Green Tea Tablets

I am presently taking 750 milligrams of green tea included in a daily vitamin tablet. I want something more that is going to speed up metabolism. I excercise daily as well.

Instead of taking more pills, why don't you drink green tea for breakfast and lunch in addition to the pills?

Does green Tea tablets hurt you in anyway? I am also a diabetic.

Try taking Hoodia which is found in most pharmacies.I am hypothyroid and have been taking Hoodia now for 3 months and have lost 22 lbs worked really well for me. I have been a Diabetic now for 24 years.

I heard if you take green tea tablets from the health shop it can increase your metabolism...does this actually work? Is it worth spending money on?

No, it's not worth spending money on, and they don't work. Buy real green tea instead, and drink 1-2 cups daily. This will actually boost your metabolism, has a myriad of health benefits, and costs less. Good luck.

I take 2 tablets of green tea every morning and drink hot green tea at night, is that too much.

I have heard on the NBC news that it in fact does speed up your metabolism and increases your energy use, so you do lose some of your weight. I don't know how drastic this is, though.
