i know it has a third of the caffeine as coffee so i figure its ok? i also know you cant eat a lot of sea food but there are some fish low in mercury you can eat. any of them sushi fish?

Go to a Japanese food market and look for green tea. The most common brand you will see is Yama Moto Yama. If they do not carry that then ask one of the clerks to help you. READ THE LABEL. I CANNOT SAY THAT ENOUGH BUT READ THE LABEL. BE SURE IT

Who can afford a sushi diet?? I love sushi but man is it expensive. And of course it has calories. Im on Atkins phase 1 and lost 9.5 lbs since December 27th and I really only started phase 1 by the book on Jan 2nd. I recommend you research Atkins
