I use sweet n low or 1 of the other sugar substitutes with mine all the time. A lirttle sugar won't hurt the great results from green tea...Enjoy

No sugar is better than sugar, but in case you were going to use an artificial sweetener, more studies all the time say that artificial sweeteners make you fat because your body somehow can tell you didn't actually get the calories that it tasted...

I like to drink green tea for the high level of antioxidants it provides. Green tea is naturally a little bitter, if I add sugar to it, does it reduce the antioxidant effects?

Yes...sugar is like acid...it eats away all the good stuff.

I herd somewhere that milk in your green tea actually reduces the health benefits. Is that true? And what about adding sugar and cinnamon? Is that ok?

Since I herd the milk thing, I've only put 3 teaspoons of sugar and one teaspoon...

Green tea is healthy plain. The milk and sugar won't cancel green tea's benefits, they just add their own problems (sugar isn't good & milk has fat). 3 tsp. of sugar is a lot for a cup of tea.
