Green Tea Massage

I drink a gallon of water a day and about 6 cups of green tea but my massage therapist said it was bad because my body needs to balance some chemical...... what the heck is she talking about?

It's ok to drink water, but drinking too much is not good for you. Half a gallon is too much, let alone an entire gallon. Bottled water companies have sold us the idea that we need to drink huge amounts of water. The problem is we overtax our kidneys

Is it same as like waxing and stuff, but just a fancy name used at spas? Im going to treat myself to a spa spree on my bday (massage, green tea wrap, facial, mani/pedi). So I was looking at one website and they had "Eyebrow sculpting"....

Yep, it's just a fancy name for waxing or plcking. They can recommend the correct shape brow for your face structure. It's great because after they do it you can go home and just clean them up whenever necessary and have perfect brows.xo
