Green Tea Liquid

I want to start taking green tea extract but I can only find capsules and they're all massive so I can't swallow them because I have difficulty swallowing pills unless they're really small. I've been looking for a concentrated liquid green tea...

If youre in the London area go to china town, its near charring cross. Loads of the shops there have loads of green tea products.

I been using it for a while and i was i 163 but then i stopped.Now that i stopped im like 170.I think it makes you lose weight and my dad bought some for me like 2 bottles so yeah..I was just wondering if anyone else had results with the green tea...

All green tea supposedly helps you lose weight. but it didn't work for me. However, its still good for you (antioxidants).
