Im not trying to lose weight or anything just trying to be healthy. And green tea without any sweatner is nasty i tried it with sugar it gave me a headace and when i tried it with honey it tasted great and did not give me a headace.

To the above answer: the study was recently released that milk destroys the beneficial chemicals in tea.
