i drank green tea everyday this week and went from 203 to 201 in 5 days. healthy weight loss is when you lose 1-2 lbs a week, so there you go

Green tea is better. I don't think green tea(no matter what kind) will miraculously make you lose weight.

Lipton is good. They take pride in their teas. I'd check them out.
