Green Tea Extract Vitamins

I joined Jenny Craig to lose weight. Their vitamins have 150 mg. of Green Tea extract. I'm very caffeine sensitive and need to know how much caffeine that translates to. Can anyone tell me?

i was taking womens one a day pills and then i ordered some green tea extract pills also so i was wondering can i take these 2 vitamins on the same day?

Maybe probably, but ask a doctor. A lot depends on how concentrated the extracts in the green tea pills are. And what they're extracting: green tea has a ton of different good chemicals in it, and the pills usually focus on one or two.

The best vitamins are those you get in whole foods. Eating fresh fruits and vegetables along with good servings of meat/fish/fowl is best. Avoid junk foods, avoid processed foods. Eat when you are hungry and eat until you are satisfied.
