That really depends on what you buy. Normally, Theanine accounts for 1 to 2% of dry tea. When buying Tea Extract, most will say something like "so much whole herb, so much this." so to get the percentage of how much Theanine you are getting

I been using it for a while and i was i 163 but then i stopped.Now that i stopped im like 170.I think it makes you lose weight and my dad bought some for me like 2 bottles so yeah..I was just wondering if anyone else had results with the green tea...

All green tea supposedly helps you lose weight. but it didn't work for me. However, its still good for you (antioxidants).
