Green Tea Essence

I'm not particularly fond of the taste of Green Tea, but realize that it is good for people. I was just wondering what would be a more palatable way to consume it, without loading it with sugar, and taking away the essence of what it has to offer...

I wouldn't add milk to my green tea at all!! I always use a little honey (great for you, without tasting like sugar) and a squeeze of lemon.
