Green Tea Diet Pill

I'm always regular in my menstruation...I know I am not pregnant but still don't have my period. The only new thing I've done is taking this diet pill. Did it affect my period?

if you're sure you're not pregnant then yes, the diet pills might have affected your period. there are a lot of other factors that can affect it, ranging from stress to something in your diet. if you want it to come faster, try drinking red wine...

i've been taking these green tea pills that have something that increases ur metabolism,everytime i take them i get a stomach ache that last for a couple of days,obviously i dont take them anymore,i just wanna know i thought greem tea is suppose...

Green tea is an immune builder & provides the antioxidants you need, also is good for the whole body including the metabolism. However, tea in itself is not good on an empty stomach, so whether you take pills or drink green tea, you should do so

I am trying to loose so fat from my stomach area and the gree tea pills seem to be working good along with abs exercise, at the same time I want to gain body muscle in the arms area, chest and leg... so can I take protein shakes and green tie diet...

The green tea does nothing, it's your exercise that's working. You don't gain muscle and lose weight at the same time except by cardio w/ weight training at the same time.

The diet pill is not a pure green tea. If you want the full benefit of green tea, consume only a trusted and high quality green tea. The risks involved with taking diet supplements significantly outweigh the results any person would receive.

I was wondering because I have been taking the MegaT green tea diet pills for awhile and am pleased with the results and increased energy. But I was curious to see if drinking the diet green tea would do just the same? And it would save money.

green tea is good :)
green tea extract resulted in a significant increase in energy expenditure (a measure of metabolism), plus also had a significant effect on fat oxidation.
