Green Tea Detox

I have this green tea detox that i drink everyday. Is it only meant to drink one tea bag per day? I dont have the directions anymore, i lost them! ha. Could I drink more than just one bag a day?

What about making more than one cup with a tea bag? I mean it wouldn't be as strong, but I don't think you would be hurting yourself in anyway.

No, green tea only has the anti-oxidants and does some very minimal cleansing if any. Go to the Vitamin Shoppe and buy yourself a detox tea from Yogi teas. They work really well.
