I was thinking about taking Green Tea Complex, has anyone tried this?

This is suppose to supports your metabolism (it says). I just wanted to know if anyone has tried this and if it has helped your metabolism?? I was also wonder is this product safe to take? And what does help your metabolism mean?


I work in a tea store and Oolong tea boosts your metabolism a lot lot lot faster than green tea. It's also called Wu Long tea and you can get it online or in any tea shop.

Is it ok to take a vitamin B-complex along with a green tea supplement?



yes it's okay but it's better to take when u eat dietary protein if u take a protein supplement take it then cuz it makes the protein work to it's max potentional if not then that's okay not gonna hurt u --Joe :)
