Green Tea Black Tea

I know that green tea is supposedly better for you, but according to the back of my lipton tea box, black tea has just slightly less antioxidants that the green version. So what's the difference? Are they both good for you? I tend to drink more black

don't use lipton, because it's a weak tea. one teaspoon of tea inside a teabag isn't gonna do it if you want a strong tea.
