No, it won't help you lose weight. It has antioxidant properties, can be nice to drink with lemon. That's about it.

Green tea results from not roasting and fermenting the tea after it has been picked. It is just dried. It contains caffeine but for most people the levels are pretty low, unless you are caffeine intolerant.

As the first person said it is fine, I am a former chef and the 2 teas vary slightly not in taste but size, some are larger and rolled were other shorter and cut.
I would say use the same amount unless it is real fine and then cut back
I'm a tea novice but I read somewhere that you shouldn't brew different types of tea in the same pot but now I can't find that article again. I have a cast iron tea pot with an enamel coating on the inside and I regularly brew a loose leaf green...
I would think the enamel wouldn't hold the flavor of previous teas.
I usually mix a coconut flavored tea leaves with chocolate flavored ones to come up with a candy bar tasting tea... then my husband brews his red rose - has never...
