I bought this because I just couldn’t see putting my good matcha into smoothies. To my surprise, it’s not terrible to drink (and most of the organic matcha I’ve tried in the US has been). It’s still mostly for smoothies and cookies, but also for off mornings when I won’t appreciate the good stuff. (I certainly appreciate the good stuff more after one of those.)
