Good Black Tea

I read an article and it said 4 cups of black tea is good for you daily but how if it has caffiene? I know it has antioxidants but shouldn't the caffiene be considered too?

I put the tea bag in hot water and remove it after a minute and the color is dark brown/black....I do not use milk or sugar. The inside of the cup then gets brown and flakes form whilst the tea is still in the cup.....
