Fresh Green Tea

I would really like to start drinking more green tea but the stuff in the super markets is all old and has been sitting on a shelf for probably a year making it bitter and loseing most of the benifits I want from it. I have checked out a few websites

Is it healthy and fresh or should I just get my green tea from somewhere else?

If you buy the tea bags, yes. If you buy the cold/hot sugary milky drink, no, it's premixed and packaged in half gallon plastic bottle like the chai tea.

I made 2 quarts of iced green tea from scratch a couple of days ago, and I was wondering how long it will stay fresh if it is kept in the fridge.

Keep it in a sealed glass container, and it should keep in the fridge for two weeks or more. (Don't add sugar) The glass is air tight, and will keep it longer.

Even the local healthfood stores have old tea (and costs lots of $$$), has anybody found a good source online?

I ordered some green jasmine and high mountain green tea from shangtea.com a few weeks ago. Their tea was super-duper fresh and yu-uuuummmm! It was actually better than the tea I got in Chinatown last time I went to SanFran.

I know green tea is healthy and good for you, but would it make me look old because of the caffeine?? Would it give me eye bags? Thank you!

i drink green tea like its going out of fashion and it makes me fresh and guards against oiliness but my skin isnt dry either because i get enough water. just generally green tea is so super!
