Why does my fresh brewed iced tea get cloudy?

I started brewing my own iced tea. I make 8-9 bags at once and then I refridgerate for later. It's nice and clear when I brew it, but it gets cloudy by the end of the day. Do you know why brewed iced tea gets cloudy?


you have to leave the tea out until it cools down before putting it in the refrigerator. It's true that's how I do it (learned from Mom) it is never cloudy that way. I make it all the time. Love it, I am drinking it now.
