That really depends on what you buy. Normally, Theanine accounts for 1 to 2% of dry tea. When buying Tea Extract, most will say something like "so much whole herb, so much this." so to get the percentage of how much Theanine you are getting

I want to add green tea extract as one of the ingredients to my moisturizer, but don't know an effective way to add it in? Do I break a capsule with it in it into my moisturizer?

I add a drop of green tea extract to my moisturizer, and it seems to be really helping with my rosacea. $12 at The Vitamin Shoppe for a 2 oz bottle w/ dropper, but I've also seen it at GNC. Good luck :)

I been using it for a while and i was i 163 but then i stopped.Now that i stopped im like 170.I think it makes you lose weight and my dad bought some for me like 2 bottles so yeah..I was just wondering if anyone else had results with the green tea...

All green tea supposedly helps you lose weight. but it didn't work for me. However, its still good for you (antioxidants).
