Diet With Green Tea

I was wondering because I have been taking the MegaT green tea diet pills for awhile and am pleased with the results and increased energy. But I was curious to see if drinking the diet green tea would do just the same? And it would save money.

I'm not seeing any caffeine on the bottle, nor does it say non caffeinated. It is Diet green tea, the Kirkland brand, with citrus. Thank you

Yes, all teas have caffeine -- unless it states very clearly on the box that

it is decaffeinated.

I am pregnant and am addicted to Lipton's Diet Green Tea with citrus. The only thing I don't like is that it has 15 mg of caffeine per every 8 oz. Anybody know if they make this without caffeine?

ohmygosh i am like addicted to the stuff. i heard green tea is good for you but is diet cause its sweetened with splenda?
