White Persian Melon bTea/b – Surprisingly Delicious
When looking at teas that are growing in popularity in westernized countries, white tea is at the top of the list. The flavor is mild, delicate, and slightly sweet, making it very appealing. Then when you consider all the health benefits, it is easy to understand the popularity. While black and green tea is delicious, many people find the flavor too bold and grassy.
Most people who have tasted Chinese white tea describe it is light and airy, even a little sweet. In fact, this particular type of tea is seldom bitter although it needs to be brewed perfectly to ensure the flavor is perfect. White tea can be enjoyed alone or with milk or sweetener. The color is lighter than you would find with Chinese black tea and green tea and even the aroma is more delicate.
