Catechins, one of the antioxidants found in varying amounts of different teas, has been shown to lower cholesterol levels.When choosing green tea from the stores,do i need to look out for Catechins in the label?Coz most of the them do not label.

In general, the cheapest, weakest, and nastiest stuff you can find will have the most catechins (i.e. bad-tasting substances). I'm holding off on recommending a brand because I'm not sure what effect variety has on catechin concentration.
