If you are not too sure about the Celestial Seasonings Blueberry tea... try it iced. It is awesome! (I am referring to "Blueberry Breeze Green Tea")

I would say two tea bags for short hair and add a tea bag for every 5 inches longer your hair grows.

Chamomile will probably be a good one out of your options!!
