Black Tea Varieties

I drink a lot of green tea but lately I've been seeing a variety of black teas around boasting similar benefits, is black tea as beneficial as green tea?

It has still to be decided.

Scientists are still arguing which tea has more powerful antioxidants. Although more scientists seem to say it is green tea.

I like Celestral Teas but I'm looking to brand out. All the box stores only carry Celestral Teas however and the one tea shop in town only sells black tea varieties. I'm specifically looking for online shops and not random tea brands -- mainly...

Teavana has some great herbal blends. If you like Red "Tea," their Roobos Chai and Roobos Peach are particularly good. Otherwise, the Turkish Blend (ginger/apple) is very nice.

Is this true? I have a wide variety-- Green Tea to Black Tea, all sorts of tea, Chamomile, Yerba Mate, everything. Is this bad?

it's ok if you drink it everyday but I know that it can change the color of your teeth if you drink it everyday.

I am unclear about Black tea and if there are different varieties...the one I have been buying is called Earl Grey. Does that mean something? Are there other "black teas"?

Most teas are actually black tea. The major difference is what is in the tea. Check the ingredients. Even red tea is actually black tea. Green and White tea is the same plant as the black tea only they are picked earlier and prepared differently.

I love Cream Earl Grey. Another different type of caffeine free tea is a roobios. There are some wonderful flavors. I get my tea from Totally Tea-riffic as they have many different flavors. Assam is also another great tea.
