Has anyone heard about this diet plan. I heard that people can loose 6-9 pounds in 3 days and this diet is prescribed by hospital at Birmingham Alabama.

okay, your food choices are decent a few error spots which i'll address

#1, too much tuna, you're only suppose to eat 1-2 servings a week because of the Hg (mercury) content in them, you can get Hg (mercury) poisoning.
