Personally, I feel very excited after a cup of white tea. But I heard the black tea has the highest concentration of caffeine (even Wikipedia confirms this). However, the same quantity of green or black tea has no such strong effect on me. So what is


black white green in that order...the black is more oxidized wich means its stronger in all the aspects tea pervides..

yes, probably.

@joe. by volume, espresso does have much more caffeine than regular coffee. the serving size is just much smaller though.

black tea has the highest because it's the most oxidized of the true teas. Green tea and white tea are not processed (or oxidized) as much, hence less caffeine. But the green and white teas retain the most antioxidants. More so than the black teas

You are obviously having another moment of greater madness with this question. Milk contains water-soluble constituents, and it must be a super-dooper centrifuge if it can separate solutes from a solution.
