Black Green Tea

Hi, thanks for taking the time. I'd just like to know what brands of black tea or jasmine green tea is strong enough because i use Lipton and it's no where near strong enough. Does the black tea need to be made with tea leaves or something...

don't use lipton, because it's a weak tea. one teaspoon of tea inside a teabag isn't gonna do it if you want a strong tea.

I know that green tea is supposedly better for you, but according to the back of my lipton tea box, black tea has just slightly less antioxidants that the green version. So what's the difference? Are they both good for you? I tend to drink more black

Look it up.
They both have great benefits
but black has more caffeine than Green does.

I have always heard great stuff about green tea because of antioxidants etc., but I was wondering about black tea.

Both green and black (and oolong) teas have antioxidants & polyphenols - all beneficial. All have caffeine, although green has less. The more processing the tea goes through, the less antioxidant is left, so green tea is better in this regard....
