What is the best green tea diet on the market?

Green tea is great for your health, but if you want to lose weight you have to use green tea with additional supplements in it for losing weight; something like power tea

Ok I have alot of bladder problems and my doctor said to drink more water but I hate drinking water, so he said to lay off the sugar drinks and drink stuff that will hydrate me and not have alot of sugar. Only problem is I HATE artificial...

well im gonna do the green tea diet thing but i have bit of a problem since im new to the tea thing. and i dont now which one will actually give me good results of weight loss. so can anyone give me tips on hoe to pick the best brand.
