There isn't much difference between the brands you'll get at the supermarket. What is important is that you brew it yourself. The bottled green tea drinks have 90-95% fewer nutrients than the tea you make yourself (not to mention a lot more sugar).

I heard Lipton Green Tea has a lot of sugar, so I was wondering what the best brand of green tea bags is? For instance: Least sugar, most antioxidants, etc.
I'm sure Lipton tea BAGS do not have sugar. I have never heard of tea bags that have sugar. But, Lipton is crap anyway. I like Itoyen green tea or Yamamato green tea in bags. You can find Itoyen even at Costco

i have... uncle lee "legends of china" green tea. is it a good brand? i just made some and it looks more yellow then green.
don't worry about the color of the green tea, all green teas brew different. What matters is the taste. I don't think there are best brands of green tea, just good quality.

Of all the brands available imports and domestic I still think LIPTON has the best teas....black or green....they never have that bitter taste like some brands...I always come back to LIPTON....right now during the summer I have been buying tea...
