Best Black Tea

What is the best tasting black tea that isn't super expensive?

I love any black tea from the darjeeling region of India. They are known for being lighter in flavor and color - almost like an oolong. I would recommend an FTGFOP first flush - maybe from the Goomtee or Margaret's Hope estates.
