-Smoked Salmon
-Rice
-Miso Soup (in packets)
-Soy Sauce

You aren't eating enough. You need to take in more calories or your body will go into starvation mode and hold on to whatever fat there is. The recomended amount of weight to lose per week is 2 to 3 pounds. I think you are supposed to eat around 1500
