Today I had two weetabix biscuits for breakfast, a kiwi for lunch, 3 dried apricots, about 5 cups of black tea without milk or sugar, and for dinner I had half a tin of minestrone soup with two slices of wholemeal bread and two dark ryvita crisp breads
A: it is not good...
you might feel sleepy if you eat too full..
i suggest you snack at particular times and try reducing the amount of food for your major meals...

A: I sounds to me like you are now doing great. Congratulations on telling your parents and getting help. Knowing you have a problem and want help is half of the battle of winning. You sound like a winner to me. The diet you are following sounds great

Q: Anorexia Recovery Process Advice!?

Im 12 years old, and before you start to rave, im currently recovering from two months of severe anorexia, in which i lost 10 kg - im 163cm tall and only weigh 45 kg.

Today I woke up at around 9 or 10 and since then (it's 6 pm now) I've eaten:

I'm not actually getting married, but am planning my wedding anyway(think what you will of that, lol)...so please no "It's your wedding...do what you want" answers. So this is the menu I'm thinking of (quite tentative, of course, but still...)
A: I think for one you have too much time on your hands. NOw , your ideas are very expensive, unless your SEC is upper crust you're going to be in debt before you say "I DO". However, since this is just pretend....
