I work out almost ever day but i haven't done any exercise today and i ate one big green apple and a cup of green tea that's all, so is this a good diet? can i lose weight like that? and how much weight i could lose if i kept on this diet for five...

I've read green tea is acidic (most tea does) but since this one is my favorite will it ruin or stain my teeth? same question with Green apple also, prolly have acid since its sour. Will it ruin the teeth? I know apples are natural teeth cleaner...

try your nearest asian market. seafood city and island pacific are the filipino supermarkets in california. i've had this stuff too and its really good. but a lot of these markets may carry a different brand which might come close. good luck!
